About Us
The Woodlands Riptides
The Woodlands Riptides is the youngest of The Woodlands Swim Teams. Formed in 2008, The Riptides are now going on their 14th year. We started with 89 swimmers and numbers have grown each year.
The Woodlands Riptides is a NWAL summer league swim team, and our swimmers range from 5 to 18 years old.
In 2011, 2012, 2017, and 2018 the Riptides had undefeated seasons. In 2010, 2017, and 2018 the Riptides won 1st Place at the Divisional Championships. In 2017 the Riptides won 2nd Place, in overall points, in the small team category at the Trinity Summer Classic Invitational.
This 2023 season, we will be competing in the Blue 1 Division.
